We offer FREE delivery to most Dunedin/Mosgiel areas. Check your location in order information.

ORDER INFORMATION

There is a delivery charge to cover the rising fuel prices based on some Dunedin suburbs from our yard.

To make this simple we have developed a FREE deliver zone and all suburbs listed out of this area will incur a small delivery fee.

FREE DELIVERY ZONE:

Includes most* of the central Dunedin area including Mosgiel, Outram, Allanton, & Brighton

SUBURBS NOT INCLUDED IN THE FREE DELIVERY ZONE:

Sawyers Bay, Port Chalmers, Portobello, Broad Bay, Harwood, Taieri Mouth.

These areas will incur a small delivery fee. Please Call for a quote to place an order for these suburbs.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

The minimum order for delivery is 2 cubic metres.

We will call to confirm a suitable delivery date once your order has been received.
Delivery fees apply for out of zone suburbs and vary depending on location. Starting from $30.

DELIVERY WAIT TIME

Delivery is available for all orders over two cubic metres. Prompt 2-7 days lead time. We advise you to plan and arrange your firewood at least 1-2 weeks in advance, as February and March are our busiest months of the year. Peak order times and busy sales periods could increase the delivery timeframe.

PAYMENT & WINZ QUOTES

We accept bank transfers – funds must be cleared prior to delivery or cash on delivery by prior arrangement.
We accept credit cards payments via website orders however the processing surcharge will be passed onto the customer.
